TREND PREDICTION: BLUE VELVET
Predicting blue velvet for this fall winter season, mostly in the form of blazers and then a few short dresses. Velvet has been around for a while now, and this season I believe blue will be the colour with most attention. Coming burgundy in second - if you keep back out of course, black always wins.
